Associate Prof. Osawa, PhD student Ms. Asao, Master student Mr. Matsushita and Ms. Fuse, and Bachelor student Ms. Hasegawa participated in the 83rd Annual Meeting of Japanese Cancer Association. Mr. Osawa gave oral presentations, and the others gave poster presentations at that meeting. Ms Hasegawa received the Young Researcher Poster Award.

PUBLICATION 
The results of a collaborative study with Dr. Manami Katoh, Dr. Seitaro Nomura, Dr. Issei Komuro of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, School of Medicine, University of Tokyo, and Dr. Hiroyuki Aburatani of the RCAST and others have been accepted for publication in Circulation.
CONFERENCE 
Associate Professor Osawa and research student Hasegawa participated in The Eighth JCA-AACR Special Joint Conference.
OTHER 
Prof. Koel Chaudhury and 5 students from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur visited and observed the laboratory.
