UTokyoGSC-Next 5th year student Miki Sato (Shibuya Education Academy Shibuya Junior & Senior High School) gave an oral presentation at the Joint Research Presentation. She also received the Chiba Prefecture High School PTA Association President's Award for Excellence at the 18th High School Science Research Presentation.

Mr. Osawa gave oral presentations, and the others gave poster presentations at that meeting. Ms Hasegawa received the Young Researcher Poster Award.
