Assistant Prof. Sho Aki received the the Best Poster Presentation Award at the 8th Cancer and Metabolism Meeting ,and also received the Best Young Scientist Award at the 4th Young Scientist Meeting of the Cancer and Metabolism Society.

Melvin's (PhD student in the Department of Advanced Interdisciplinary) has been accepted for publication in Nature Communications, and is posted on the RCAST web site.

Associate Prof. Osawa gave an invited talk at the 26th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Molecular Target Therapy of Cancer.

Associate Prof. Osawa gave an invited talk at the 22nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Associate Prof. Osawa in collaboration with Dr. Nagata of Tokyo Medical University published a paper in Gastroenterology.

Dr. Osawa wrote the Book chapter 4, section 1 of “Application of Multi-omics to Drug Discovery/Diagnosis Technology and Analysis of Disease-Causing Genes and Proteins” published by Technical Information Institute Co.,LTD.

Muyassar Anwarhas graduated from the Doctor of The Department of Molecular Cell Biology, and Miki Kato graduated from the Doctor of The Department of Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies program.

Assistant Prof. Aki participated in the 99th Physiological Society of Japan and received the 12th Hiroshi and Aya Irisawa Memorial Promotion Award for Young Physiologists.

Assistant Prof. Aki participated in and served as a facilitator for the 7th Young Researchers' Meeting of The Japanese Vascular Biology and Medicine Organization.

TRENDS IN CANCER IMMUNOLOGY vol. 4's Metabolism and Cancer special page features an article on a roundtable discussion in which Project Associate Professor Takeshi Osawa participated.

We held a send-off party for a technical assistant Nishida-san, and doctoral student Kato for her hard work.
